Booking Terms & Conditions All room tariffs are inclusive of GST. A confirmed booking requires an advance payment, which must be completed at the time of reservation. Extra bed will be charged at 40% of the room tariff. Child without bed will be charged at 30% of the room tariff. Children below 5 years are complimentary when sharing the bed with parents. Valid ID proof is required at the time of check-in for all adult guests. Any changes in booking (dates, room category, number of guests) are subject to availability and revised rates. Cancellation Policy 15 days or more before check-in: 90% refund Between 8–14 days before check-in: 50% refund 7 days or less before check-in: No refund No refund for late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows. In case of unforeseen situations such as roadblocks, weather issues, or government travel restrictions, rescheduling may be considered subject to availability.
